The only way I see Amarex getting off the hook here is if there is another party that really was the instigator for the work they did on the BLA.
If in the arbitration, Amarex reveals that 3rd party and that 3rd party agrees to settle, or to make amends by some means. Could they be a huge Big Pharma for instance and want partnership? Could we settle discretely in such a way?
I see this ending favorably anyway I look at it.
There is no way that what happened with the BLA will be ignored or just put aside and forgotten about. It is happening and it will finish favorably.
