CYDY could be close to recovered if they have one of two things:
1) Sufficient cash to complete HIV BLA. Of course there is no completing the HIV BLA if there is still some fatal error. Still extant fatal error seems possible, but I have always thought a still extant fatal error is unlikely. On the other hand, if there is no extant fatal error in the HIV BLA it seems like it would be much easier for CYDY to raise money.
How much cash does it take to complete the HIV BLA? I would think surely less than $20 million. But I am clueless.
Seems like selling $20 million in the existing offering would be easy if they can pitch that HIV BLA approval is likely.
2) Good NASH data. Again, seems like selling the existing offering would be much easier with good NASH data.
