I think progress is being made, but I also think its a natural tendency for us investors to think best case scenario. The reality is we are trying to recover from Hurricane Nader.

We have not recovered, nor are we close to recovered. Everyone thinks there is a buyout or partnership coming soon. I highly doubt it. We have to dig out of this hole by ourselves.

I am glad to see Jay and Otto back.. Hopefully they stick around. We need the credibility that they bring.
