Maybe people's amnesia is triggered by their frust-rage-tion -- at making a deal with Pestilence while we are kept in the dark about other developments. I feel both frustration and rage at this settlement, even though my logical mind knows that the overhang of legal issues needs to be cleaned up for any real progress to be made.

I do support radio silence from the board until there is a bird safely in the hand, and not just crapping all over it.

I sure hope that the Board of Directors doesn't make a similar get-it-over-with deal with Amarex. Any settlement for less than 100 million paid to CYDY would constitute a defeat, in my opinion.
