Settling with Pestell didn't de-risk the company at all. Having a trial that meets its endpoints and filing a BLA or getting an EUA and generating revenue would de-risk the company. Partners and BO suitors don't care about another teeny tiny amount of dilution if billions of $$ are proven to be on the line. Let's not make more of this than it is.
