Concert Pharmaceuticals just posted positive topline results for it's drug CTP-543 in treating alopecia areata (balding due to autoimmunity, on the disease list). CTP-543 is a Jak1/Jak2 inhibitor. Leronlimab downregulates Jak1, Jak2 and Jak3 which is also implicated in alopecia areata.

The exhibited side effects of CTP-543 are mainly due to immunosuppression. Of course leronlimab does not have the problem of immunosuppression.
