Dose escalation would be to discover the maximum doses the human body can take before becoming toxic, dead, or causing more AEs.
We have established 700mg is tolerable but we have not established the max. At 700mg we show more incidents of diarrhea, which I believe to be the result of achieving maximum Receptor Occupancy. What happens to all the leftover LL? It’s basically a foreign protein, and the body recognizes the intrusion and flushes the drains.
