Dose escalation Study or another trial using dose justification was initiated by Nader just last year I believe. Please someone correct me if I am wrong. Maybe they were not titled Dose Escalation or Justification but we had trials with different dose sizes of 350mg, 525mg and 700mg to study dose size and efficacy. This was my thoughts that they were justifying the dose size or escalation at that time with information from trials to affirm this information. Both in HIV and recent trials.
