If you look at it from Dr Yang's perspective (keeping in mind his patients' comorbidities) which makes more sense, enroll your almost dead pts in a double blind trial or apply for the sure thing by way of eind? Which would you choose for your own loved one or yourself? I know what I would want. That also should attest to his belief that LL works...thats how I see it anyway.
