Not going to argue your other points, but wouldn’t earlier enrollment just have caused the DSMC review to have happened earlier? I’m not seeing how this would have affected whether age stratification occurred after the review. Even without age criteria written into the study, the age stratification seemingly had not occurred prior to DSMC. For it to happen after just smacks of intentional by the CRO (to me). Whether this review happened in December or October, it is the same number of patients to be dosed afterward.
What am I missing?
