Yes, this is very easy to setup.  May want to get permission from the ih admin first, but they should be ok with it as it will help drive more people to investors hangout to read the entirety of the tweeted post.

All you need is a twitter account, twitterfeed.com account, and the RSS feed for the BCAP board.  Then you just pretty much go through the prompts on the twitterfeed site (which is probably the slowest website you will ever go to, at least from my experience).
