Telling shareholders "hey, we got a letter from the SEC stating that they'll revoke us" when he got it would have been a good start, instead of waiting until after the fact.
Instead, he told shareholders NOTHING until we were halted. How many investors would have been saved holding the bag if he was transparent on that? There's no excuse.
