Occam's Razor isn't always right. The simplest explanation isn't necessarily the best. In other words, it's complicated.

Squires didn't delist QMC, the SEC did.
All indications at the time we're that QMC was submitting reports as they were completed. Evidently that wasn't fast enough for the SEC.

I've said before, the goal is uplisting.

You and anyone else tell me how you propose to get that to happen that still protects the shareholders and doesn't put the company in a worse position. Getting relisted by getting current today just for the sake of being current does NOT get QMC uplisted!!! EOS.
