The first time I saw a patent (an earlier one in this series of patents) about Attribution and with Sound Concepts folks behind it, it was clear to me the real value in Sound Concepts was not the MLM stuff but attribution. As I understand it McKinley Oswald came up with the idea. When it becomes clear the real value of attribution coupled with Market, the acquisition of Sound Concepts should look like a huge bargain as you suggest.
