The “cherry on top” about this patent is the names listed on it.
If this truly locks up Attribution, and one looks and understands which company those people came to Verb from, there is a big aha moment.
Seen some chatter about how Sound Concepts was a dud of a purchase. Not only did the purchase give Verb the ability to uplist to Nasdaq by increasing their assets and enabled Verb to bring in money, the purchase also gave Verb a patent for Attribution. Which to me, is a huge IP add that could amount to billions, not only directly through Market and VerbLive, but also through licensing to other companies.
I forget what Verb paid for SC,but certainly a shit ton less than the value of a Nasdaq Uplist and a patent on Attribution.
