I think most businesses with products will have Live Shoppable Videos. It will be similar to almost every company has a website and most companies with products sell online these days. It's to be expected by the consumer and so will Live Shoppable Videos. Remember the days when you couldn't buy anything online and then came along Amazon, Ebay, etc. I think it will be like that with shoppable video.
This might be the reason why Amazon has it, as people expect it, but seems they don't really promote it too much. The revenue they get from it is likely a drop in the ocean compared to the core selling.
Companies may want to drive people away from Youtube in the future. For example, if you're doing a home project and looking up a how to, wouldn't it be better for say HomeDepot to have all the videos on their website with shoppable links and even use Market? Otherwise you miss a great opportunity at selling.

The do an incredible job of having videos on almost everything. I bought some hitches and a bike rack from them previously. They have videos on every bike rack demoing them and sometimes more than one. All they need is interactive videos with the buy it now button right in the video. Verb could reach out to them. If you think about, why do they have a ton of videos and other trailer companies don't? Which seller would buyers want to go to? Videos are now expected. Soon interactive videos and live shopping will be too. Already is in some countries.
