Disagree about "many" years. IF Akura is as good as advertised, they know about 7/1 fallout money.
They then should apply for a SBIR grant now! Grant award dates before 7/1 beat the Federal deadline for Departments/ Agencies to spend/ obligate funds before turning any estimated excess back into the US Treasury for reallocation.
