You can blame ACS but what if the problem is the software itself? Remember back when more posters were here there was a time when the software was being updated frequently on the App Store, etc then after awhile the updates were essentially gone? Maybe at some point everyone including SFOR and ACS realized this was a no go. And if so why? I think kidding ourselves that this has any sort of future only benefits management. Again just my opinion.
