I personally thought identity theft and EndpointLock helping to prevent that would have been an example of one of the many reasons the government would use the technology. At best, doing anything with SVC to get back to where things were with ACS will take many years most likely. You can go back in SFORs filings to see when their relationship started. Again at best, getting to where things were 1-2 years ago after several years (including development of SVC as I doubt it is anywhere close to being ready for the government) will be what it takes here. With net losses each quarter being what they are, I doubt any of us will have more than $1 worth of shares by that time. Just my opinion but I have seen plenty here.
