You'll recall ACS got SBIR phase one and two for Mobile Trust, not SafeVchat. Only MT was evaluated by DISA not SVC. The ACS failure to attain a phase three follow on grant put SFOR back to the starting line for GSA procurement. That's why getting another SBIR grant is critical.
It will pay for SVC testing & evaluation. The good thing is that SFOR IP is now known by DISA. That should help in the grant application.
