It's "of course" not "coarse" which is what one would use when choosing sandpaper.
Anyway...one can easily pass judgement on NP telling Amarex to submit a BLA that was KNOWN by him to be faulty and lacking. He cannot submit such a document and then claim it was someone else's fault that it was SUBMITTED. Is it NP's fault that is was faulty? Well, that's another argument about whether or not NP was on top of Amarex or just blindly (and foolishly) provided no oversight, but if he KNEW it was bad, and the evidence we have so far leads us to believe he did, then YES, it is his fault and he fucked his own credibility and CYDY's.
