Yes, Redspeed, I heard verbLive 2.0 was a month ahead of schedule! So hope it does bring in those tens of thousands of sales reps that were clamoring for those features. As I understand it, verbLive 1.0 was a big hit in Europe, but in the US sales reps really did want multiple cameras, etc.
As a software engineer, I agree that there's quite often unanticipated delays in software development, you don't really know the full extent of what problems you may need to solve until you dig in to the development. It is really hard to nail down a timeline of months and predict it will be on schedule. That's why agile software development breaks things down to 2 week sprints, at least then you can fairly well predict what can get done in those 2 weeks.
