Do you understand what happened w/ Medi-ri nightmare?
Do you know when the RI facility lease was signed?
Do you know when the company (not pyrolysis equipment) moved into the RI facility?
Do you know when the pyrolysis equipment was ordered?
Do you when the pyrolysis equipment arrived at the Medi-RI facility?
Do you know when setting up pyrolysis equipment happened?
Do you know how much cost went into setting up pyrolysis equipment?
Then look at the Medrecycler LLC and Medrecycler RI dates of RI state corp filings
Then look at the start date for Medrecycler LLC's RI-DEM approval process
LOI doesn't = final approval
Denial = Denial
