In RI--DEM FINAL REVIEW it was enough to send a "letter of Intent"
The facility received a "letter of Intent" based on passing all the testing protocols which the tester (RI-DEM) informed them was required.
Looking forward to what size punitive damage SNPW WILL receive from the State of Rhode Island for changing the rules illegally after the fact.
