Excuse me but everything in that letter except for political pressure and new law was reviewed and given an "intent to approve" by the RI-DEM January 11, 2021.

Comments such as “ Uncertainty over the impacts of the proposed facility's innovative technology. (didn't change from 1/11/21) This proposed system has not previously been used on medical waste.” (didn't change from 1/11/21) Sure sounds to me like they had concerns . Yet they intended to approve January 11, 2021

Are saying RI-DEM is so incompetent that they did a final review of the science and intended to approve but missed all those things in the PR..

No more science was being done just initiation of the statutorily mandated public hearing process .
