Horrible move to file a 14C before needing a Reverse Split
But that's why this one will happen. Out of cash and no credit and may not be able to continue much longer ....as Q-K clearly states many times.
If the 14C was an attempt to get shareholders to help pump the stock to eliminate the need for a Reverse Split.....it has backfired in a miserable way. Look at all of the concerned shareholders and potential investors posting complaints about the 14C filed April 11th.
So much for the "More news coming after the 10-K is filed". Stepping in it on a daily basis.
No other options so you see tweets looking for help to sell and distribute products after they just sign up with Foxess to distribute.
Do your own due diligence
