I think it is way more Fife. Probably nearly all Fife. The individuals getting stock are subject to a six month lock-up, so we would need to look back to transactions that occurred a while back (which I haven't). Fife doesn't have the six-month restriction.

Those individuals would have bought the stock at a much higher price. They would have some warrants, but those would have an exercise price above the current price. So, as you said, not the likely sellers in this scenario.
