I understand why Fife would be selling (it's his business model), but why would those issued shares in a PIPE be selling now? Are you attempting to suggest that those buying in a PIPE are merely traders, not investors? Even if trading does not seem like a profitable venture until the price goes up some. So, why are you suggesting those buying into any PIPE are selling?
