Just so people know, one doesn't decide on arbitration on a Monday at 11am and then start the arbitration on Wednesday at 9am. Arbitrations CAN take weeks or months to prepare for and then weeks or months to schedule an arbitrator who is available, as one needs an arbitrator with some experience in the kind of situation that is being arbitrated.

Once we hear it has been commenced, then a whole new clock starts ticking. As I may have mentioned, my brothers were in a 7 figure arbitration against a major TV studio, and it took over 5 years to complete.

Just trying to manage some expectations. Hopefully this arbitration goes quickly and smoothly...and you know NP has to be a part of it, whatever that causes...
