Pretty quite past few days on the board. I just took a road trip to the Redwood forest in Northern California… if you haven’t seen the tallest trees in the world and just see how enormous they really are… you need to go. It’s a beautiful thing to see. I am not a tree hugger either but some things in life are just worth seeing in person. Made my car look small when parked next to a huge Redwood.
I see there is no breaking news yet and just hasn’t happened. What news is coming first is the big question we all have. I am still betting that Nash news will be our first news. Now will that Nash news be accompanied by another big news of a Nash Partner? We can only hope… could we just as easily be pursuing a partner for mTNBC?

Will a quick arbitration take place? I don’t believe it will be quick. It will start with offers from both sides before an arbitrator will actually be involved. The independent CRO audit being complete was the prerequisite for arbitration to even start. So that news is possible but closely held to the chest cards to play in this arbitration. I wouldn’t be surprised if Amarex makes a confidentiality clause of settlement of issues not to be released publicly. Money paid to Cytodyn will have to be reported on a 8K but not why. So don’t get our hopes up that we will hear everything we have been waiting for.
The next few weeks we should know if this audit allowed us to complete our BLA for HIV and clear up any safety issues so we can actually file the BLA. What was it that Dr Kelly said? 8-12 weeks and that was a couple of weeks ago. Is this our timeline for news? It might just be. Hopefully we hear something sooner but aside from Nash results or a partnership… we wait yet again.
