I only know that the NGIO was supposed to be for Nasdaq and the others were supposed to be under Generex directly. NGIO was supposed to be it’s own company with Generex owning a majority in shares and shareholders owning dividends in said company.

All other NuGenerex companies were under the Generex name, but then again I have been wrong many times before I’m really hoping there is some light here. Right now joe has me sick to my stomach in the shares in Generex and the dividends in NGIO as neither are worth anything at the moment…
