Hylander... take a look at some web links if you Google Nugenerex Distributions....not only is your recent email to me listed but there is a link of a licensing agreement negotiated in favor of NGIO (Nugenerex Oncology) which is dated in 2020 which describes that entity as a "subsidiary". Another web story in the priority search describes Nugenerex Distributions as an affiliate of Generex.
The latter may have been a company created in conjunction of NGIO but kept out of the Generex holdings so it could hold the capital of NGIO pending the IPO launch. Dont know for sure, but both these entities appear under full control, if not full ownership of GNBT, excepting of the provisional earmarked bonus dividends that were awarded. If the Distributions was funded, I am sure that has changed since there is no hope for the NGIO going to market. Thanks for your interest and let me know what you think of this commentary.
