Generex owns controlling interest I believe due to total number of shares, but NGIO has its own BOD and unfortunately Joe. It is also set aside as a standalone entity so I am not sure how that works since they have tried now to get it up on Nasdaq and it is still filed.

Is it still a standalone but just Generex has shares in it and controlling interest?
