None of us are experts, and I don't pretend to be.
But let's say a company is willing to purchase some asset of the company for $10 million dollars. They could bid when it is being sold by Ryniker and cleanly buy what they are interested in, or they could try to purchase a controlling share if the entire company with the less than $4 million they would have left after paying off debtors. They would need to purchase about 65 million shares at an average of 6 cents. Is there enough volume there to make a majority of shares? I don't think so.
I would like to believe there are significantly more companies out there interested in aspects of the company who have zero interest in purchasing the company as a whole - Moscato, liabilities, and all.
