NuGenerex is a bit different, but everything else falls directly under Generex. All the other companies go under Generex but NuGenerex (NGIO) is a totally different company that was set for NASDAQ. I believe that is why OSASIS is trying to go after that piece if what was said is correct.

It looks like Generex might be lost and that falls at the feet of Joe and the SEC or someone need to hold him accountable for all of this.

I am not sure if the shareholders can get anything from any of this, but there is value that far outweighs any debt that currently exists.
