Any of the very brilliant strategic analysts out there who believe at this point there is value in the Nugenerex stand-alone subsidiary that might trigger a buy-out and shareholder value are off their rocker. If someone saw any value in the proprietary rights of the company, all they would have to do is pony up 50% or more of .002 cents or less for the outstanding gnbt and they would control company, and 100% to own it outright.
