I believe also that the ball will begin to roll in March.  I expect to see current fiancials and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the end of all the fivolous lawsuits.  Howeer, my timeline is longer.  I am speculating that the large fleet deals are going to go with the latest generation in the HY IMPACT with telematics.  PaulQ111 has stated it is not ready yet and expects it to be ready in the 2nd quarter.  That being the case, I am looking out to May/June area for the really big fireworks to begin.  My best guess.
