If I kill someone and then kill myself, I will not be convicted of murder posthumously, but that doesn't mean that I didn't commit a crime. Just because someone cannot be convicted doesn't mean they didn't do something wrong.
Yes, I think NP lied. We await the outcome of the SEC/DOJ investigation as well. Like it or not, that is a fact.
