Could you have a more negative look Craig? Come on… do you think that Nader lied? Lying is a prison sentence and I don’t believe Nader wants to go to prison. He fed us the best case scenario no doubt about that. He told us everything we wanted to hear and he was excited about it and it was contagious.
He may of pushed the comments to the brink but did he actually lie? What about the liability release at the beginning of every web cast or CC. Will that not allow speculation to be just that… speculation. Even the comments the FDA has brought forward will probably be shined on because the likelihood of conviction is very minimal.
You being a lawyer should evaluate what has been brought forward and what is the likelihood of conviction. If there is no possible conviction does that not absolve him of never lying?
