Results indicate that he is not the best CEO as some unrealistically claim. He is a mediocre manger at best. Some wouldn't recognize a great manager if they met one in person. Great "C" level Senior Managers are a rare breed. They are sharp. Very sharp. They are team leaders. They are not dreamers or deny reality. They get things done. They are leaders who lead their companies to success in their industries.

I would like to see UNVC stop hiring friends & family. Start hiring good, external managers who bring more to the table.
