I’m surprised many thought this was the one time things were going to be different. This is what Dalton has done and will continue to do. This announcement and news is nothing of substance with a big nothing to back it up. How about releasing actual filings showing Time Org was acquired and other companies that are going to be in this so called Conglomerate??

The other board will spin this as “Steps needed for Nasdaq”. Give me a damn break already, call this as it is, another giant letdown to add to the list.
