Totally agree SMALL steps is the best way as long as he keeps doing it and I believe he will now, we've just had so much speculation on how fast it will happen and so on it kept everyone's hope of riches happening over night. It just doesn't work this way he has to build this from the ground up, now he may already have a lot to start releasing and I'm sure he does a step at a time.
