I believe it's a small step in the right direction. If this conglomerate ever comes together, positions need filled. Announcing a president isn't earth shattering by any means but it does show he has plans. The dd and dots are there but kinda sketchy, and we are forced to guess and draw conclusions. It's basically a matter if things are still "on track" and if Doc is ever going to keep his word and bring it all together and launch in a time frame that we aren't all dead and gone.
