If you think it's soft bashing to say that mortgaging your only asset is not what a company in a good position does, well, I can't help you there.
Great, they didn't dilute shares, but you claim there was an "increase in company value." Looking at the share price, I don't see it. Will there be an increase? Again, we all hope so. We have ZERO idea what "game" management is playing. Maybe they'll tell us soon and then we can stop speculating. That'd be nice.
