For me, nothing to see here.
The announcement is by Bintia Kinden saying that the MOU with Jantung Negara (IJN) is now a Cooperation Agreement. https://www.bursamalaysia.com/bm/market_infor...id=3243881
From the “Bintai - Cooperation with IJN.pdf” link
"The Board of Directors of Bintai wishes to announce that the Company has today entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Institut Jantung Negara Sdn Bhd (“IJN”) to establish a strategic partnership in the area of commercial development of Covid-19 vaccine in Malaysia"
IJN has a MOU with Generex
https://www.bursamalaysia.com/bm/market_infor...id=3224616
IJN job is to see that all the “T-s” are crossed and the “I-s” dotted so the “Complete Vaccine” can be used in Malaysia after: “After Generex have received the full FDA approval on the vaccine and provide full documentation to Bintai, Bintai will commence the registration process to National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (“NPRA”) for the Vaccine”
“The Cooperation Agreement shall be effective on 1 March 2022 and remain in force until 28 February 2023 (“Initial Term”) unless otherwise terminated earlier and shall be extended for one(1) year by providing the other party a written notice no later than 3 months prior to the expiry of the Initial Term.”
SO…
The agreement started TWENTY days ago and NOTHING from the Generex Black Hole. Eleven months to get a FDA approved vaccine.
Has this notice penetrated the Shroud of Obliviousness?
Is NUGX still looking for uninfected mice to test?
Does the FDA even know of NUGX existence let alone get an IND?
Did Jantung Negara (IJN) actually contact Generex about the MOU last January or just assume that the old paperwork was still valid, meaning that Generex was still around to do its part?
Stay tuned (or not) to the continuing saga of “Does He or Doesn’t He (Exist), Joe and the GNBT.”
