So this means -
Until FDA approves, BHSB cant register
Until registration happens UN cannot do clinical trials
so the grant 100,000 does not do anything if FDA doesnt approve ?
The fact that Bintai is issuing a PR - does it mean still there is hope - that FDA application is pending approval...
