Ken-Just my theory, but I don't believe NP was getting accurate info from Amarex. I think he was being spoon-fed corporate gobbledogook and they were stringing him along, killing time.
Do you recall NP giving expected timelines for trial results last year? We never hit even one time. I think NP finally figured out he could force Amarex' hand by demanding they file with the data they had. He knew FDA would respond if there were deficiencies in the application, and it worked.
