The Pestell links have been on the website for years. You can check the Wayback Machine if you are interested. They are on a relatively obscure section of the site, at the bottom of the page, so it seems obvious that the video links were added in early 2019 and forgotten about.

I really doubt anyone at the company even knows they are there. Absolutely no reason to read anything into them being there. I'm sure if anyone really feels like it, you can email the company and ask for them to be removed but it's really no big deal and management has much, much bigger things to be concerned with right now.
