I can’t figure it out at all. Okay, so you fire a guy for cause and he sues you. You win a few rounds and it looks like he was fired for cause and doesn’t deserve millions of shares. And then as the final court case is nearing conclusion, you put up some videos that clearly show you valued his work all along. Oh, also … let’s not forget…you fire your own CEO, place your IP in the hands of an individual, and go completely silent.

Still…need to go back and read the papers he has a credit on (any CMO would have a credit) and one of the videos had quite a bit of good science for us regardless of who the presenter is. Maybe it’s just a big nothing burger. But it certainly raised the hairs on the back of my neck.
