I have a concern about Long Covid. Perhaps some here can resolve the issue for me. I am concerned there may be Long Covid that is initially asymptomatic, but still doing damage to organs and bodily function that will not manifest actual symptoms until some time in the future. Potentially this would increase later serious illnesses such as heart disease, liver damage, other organ problems, Alzheimer's, dementia, MS, etc.

I've read some articles and papers that appear to hint at this, but have not seen anything more definitive.
